I am a personal trainer with over 8 years’ experience in the fitness industry, I train my clients on a one-to-one basis, assisting and enabling them to reach their goals. Working with many clients with different lifestyles and requirements, I have grown an effective personal training practice, highly successful in helping clients achieve the desired results from their personalised programme.
Combining expertise in session programming strategies for differing lifestyles with tailor-made nutritional advice my clients are guided though a fitness journey that has guaranteed results.
I specialise in functional strength training and metabolic conditioning, merging hard work with one-to-one coaching. Every goal is achievable.
My ethos is to turn your goals from a question of how, into when.
I believe diet is the key to achieving the chosen outcome in fitness and I know the right diet plan can be fun, flexible, and enjoyable; I offer unique nutrition programming from a traditional macronutrient counting plan to a unique intermittent fasting programme - designed for the individual. I combine modern nutrition science and my own personal experience to create a sustainable and suitable plan for all my clients
I run my sessions from a private personal training gym, conveniently located near Baker Street, Marylebone, and St John’s Wood. The studio is 5-minutes’ walk from both Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations and easily accessible from multiple bus routes.
