60 Minute Personal Training

60 minute sessions are the most common type of session blocks I offer. Sessions are uniquely designed for the client’s desired goals and always delivered with precise detail and unique design to fit any different person and goal type. An hour is a great amount of time to fit a variety of key training approaches within one session. Recommended at least 3-4 times a week to ensure that my clients get as much out of their week as possible. There may be home work outs alongside to assist in speeding up the process and staying on track.

Metabolic 30

Metabolic 30 programs are designed for those with limited time that want a short, sharp and effective workout. Designed to get the maximum amount possible out of 30 minutes of intense work, these sessions can go a long way in burning fat, increasing your metabolism and greatly furthering your fitness to new heights.

Intro to Fitness

Intro to fitness are sessions of 45 minute length. I have designed these programs for clients that are looking for a less intense entry into a fitness journey. Really focusing on the basics of physical movement and functional strength. For someone completely new to training or returning after a long time of inactivity this is a great start to bring you back into your healthy lifestyle and improving your overall well-being.
